The astronomers discovered 50 new planets out of the solar system by using the planet HARPS hunters.

A total of 16 planets have sizes larger than on Earth. One of planet is in external solar orbit with the edge of the livable zone, where the conditions could support the life and of the house for the living beings like the Earth.

Learn how to make with the nature of all planets discovered by HARPS, the researchers revealed of 40 percent of stars is similar to the sun. But at least it ya a planet which has a weight lighter than l' Saturunus planet.

“The discovery of HARPS exceeded all waitings and includes/understands a vast population of the planet which has a size larger than the Earth and beberpa has the same kind with Neptune, all the planets are in general similar to the Sun”, declared Michel Mayor, President of HARPS, l' University of Geneva, in Switzerland.

“Even that is better results which show speed in terms of discovered planets out of our system solaire" , added At it.

Like city by TG Daily, Tuesday (13/09/2011), l' one of the planet which has one 3,6 times larger than baptized terrestrial mass HD 85512 B. The planet is located at the edge of the livable zone around d' a star which is likely d' to have l' water and almost the same one as that of the Earth. Whereas later can be used as human dwelling in the future.

“This is the weaker planet masses discovered by the method radial speeds, the planet is potentially located in the livable zone of stars and is the second planets of low mass were discovered by HARPS in the zone habitable" , LISA Kaltenegger, an expert declared on l' habitability of the exoplanètes.

According to local managers, the astronomers think qu' they have planets discovered are more likely to live to be d' around; stars similar to our Sun.
“In ten to twenty years, should have to us a list of potentially livable planets in the solar vicinity. This is an important thing that we should make”, added At it.
